Tourism and Recreational Centers Organization play and important part in development of tourism industry in Iran by
taking part actively in promotional and marketing campaigns in various parts of the world, provision of necessary
infra-structure and services and training of required manpower.

Sub-divisions:
-Two large international tourism organizations: AITO & Iran Tourist.
-Seven representing offices in Geneva(Switzerland), Paris (France), Madrid (Spain), Vancouver(Canada),

the fields of tourism and hotel managment.

The programms and training courses of this department are all held in defferent cities of Iran by INSTROCT, a member
of the world Tourism Organization.

The activities of this department consists of :

-Apprasial of the available human resources of the Tourism and Recreation Centers Organiozation and determining its
present requirements.
-Estimating the human resources resources required for the future.
-Preparation of programmes to train qualified human resources.
Administration of short and long term training courses in the field of tourism, languages, cooking, baking and hotel
managment.
-Promoting the communication and public relations skills of trainees in the filed of tourism.
-Issuing official licences to trainees.
-Administration of programmes regarding education and training of personnel.
the various units and their functions .
-Programming of employment procedures, classifying job levels, systems and procedures.
-Providing administrative, financial, tourism and hotel managment consultancy and carrying out necessary research.

 

 

This department is the backbone of the Tourism and Recreational Centers Organization and is active in six sub-division
which are the Planning Department. The Financial Department, Credits and Budgets, Organization and Procedures,
Councils Affairs and Managment Auditing.

Services :
-Providing job descriptions, regulations, directives and financial budgets of the organization.
-Cooperation in establishing the goals, objectives and long term programmes of the Organization.
-Planning and programming projects.
-Supervising and following up the project of catagorizing jobs and units, progress of projects and correct implementation
of circular letters and directives.
-Constant inspection of the executive regulations of the Organization and its many sub-divisions and improvment of system.
-Allocation of credites based on approved budgets and supervision of its implementation.
-Issuing circular letters and financial directives.
-Inspecting and composing of reports on budget management and the result of civil construction and dvelopment projects.
-Supervision and confirmation of documents and contracts and accounting matters.
